Position – SEA003 - Service Sales Account Executive
Location: Seattle, Washington
Primary Responsibilities: Manage and expand the Service Contract Base. Pursue Service Agreements with our installed HVAC customer base.
Minimum Qualifications: Five years outside sales of commercial HVAC equipment and controls to existing and prospective customers. This position requires a HS Diploma and must possess a valid driver’s license. All successful candidates must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening test.
• Develop new customers. Work with the Service Department technicians to develop leads and quote retrofit projects.
• Establish marketing and promotional procedures for HVAC equipment and control products.
• Sales responsibilities include contacts with design engineers, building maintenance engineers and owners.
• Estimating of installations for HVAC equipment and controls.
• Successful applicant will be required to make sales calls on potential customers.

POSITION: JUN002 - DDC TECHNICIAN

Primary Duties: Prospecting for new construction and retrofit opportunities, developing detailed solutions including preliminary designs, cost estimates, technical and pricing proposals, and contracts.
Additional Duties: Customer education, consultation and presentations, marketing activities, participation in professional organizations, coordination within CCI, and ongoing involvement in projects to support customer satisfaction.
Required Skills: Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, critical and strategic thinking, goal-setting and management, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and ability to drive/travel.
Required Experience: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Building or Construction Sciences, with minimum 5+ years’ industry sales experience.
