Position: Service Account Representative
Location: Portland, Oregon

General Description: This key position focuses on the sale and ongoing support of vital facility services and projects directly to building owners and property managers.

Primary Duties: Proactively managing and supporting an account base of existing controls and HVAC systems service customers. Prospecting for new customers, understanding their building and business needs, developing effective business solutions, and securing the customer’s commitment. Maintaining customer satisfaction through ongoing communication, quality assurance, and support of CCI’s operations team.

Additional Duties: Marketing and business planning activities, customer education, cost estimating and proposal preparation, presentations, participation in professional organizations such as IFMA, coordination within CCI, and ongoing involvement in projects to support customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated consultative selling skills, preferably in the facilities services arena.
General business knowledge and an understanding of the role facilities play in various organizations.
Critical and strategic thinking, goal-setting and effective time management.
Knowledge of facility systems such as controls and HVAC.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Must be a licensed driver with an acceptable driving record. Approximately 10 - 20% out of town travel may be required.

Education: Minimum of an AA/AS, or equivalent experience. BS in Engineering or BA in Business is preferred.

General Description:
Sale of HVAC control systems in the construction market. This position supports consulting engineers, mechanical and general contractors, and building owners.

Primary Duties:
Prospecting for new construction and retrofit opportunities, developing detailed solutions including preliminary designs, cost estimates, technical and pricing proposals, and contracts.

Additional Duties:
Customer education, consultation and presentations, marketing activities, participation in professional organizations, coordination within CCI, and ongoing involvement in projects to support customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Required Experience:
