Charles A. Quinlan
Chief Executive Officer, Kcorp
Charles (Chuck) A. Quinlan is the Chief Executive Officer of K’oyitl’ots’ina, Limited (Kcorps), an Alaska Native Corporation based in Fairbanks, Alaska. K’oyitl’ots’ina, Limited, through its Kcorp subsidiaries, employs more than 800 professionals in 30 states and two territories. Chuck has been with K’oyitl’ots’ina for 12 years. In addition to earning a bachelor of science degree in business from Elizabeth City University School of Management in 1988, Chuck received a master of business administration (MBA) degree from the University of Alaska School of Management in 1998. Chuck has served as a member of many boards and committees, including the Transportation Advisory Committee for the Denali Access System Program, the Chena Goldstream Fire and Rescue Department, the North Star Borough Finance Committee and UAF Student Investment Fund. Chuck was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and moved to Alaska in 1997.

Maury Costantini
President
As president of CCI, Maury Costantini provides the strategic leadership necessary for CCI to reach its growth objectives. On a more tactical level, Maury oversees company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. He also represents CCI’s capabilities to facility owners and operators, consultants and contractors.
Maury brings to CCI 19 years of mechanical and building automation industry experience. Prior to joining CCI, Maury was Vice President of Sales for an HVAC software optimization provider. His experience includes executive leadership, operations, sales, general management, and sales management. He served as CCI’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing before becoming President.
Maury has a master of arts in organizational management and a bachelor of science in management, as well as certification in HVAC and facility electrical systems.

Brian Miller
Chief Technology Officer
Brian Miller is responsible for establishing CCI’s technical vision and leading the company’s technology development. He evaluates new products and services and determines which ones provide the greatest value to our customers. He also develops technology strategies for integration.
In addition, Brian sets technical standards for the company and ensures that company operations adhere to them. In order to recruit and retain quality technical talent, Brian creates CCI’s technical career development programs and expands the company-wide technical knowledge base.
Brian has been with CCI since 1984. In addition to his role as Chief Technology Officer, Brian was also Vice President and General Manager of CCI Alaska, responsible for the company’s Alaska sales and operations.
Prior to joining CCI he was a technician at Alerton Technologies in Redmond, Washington, and an electrician at DJ Electric in Renton, Washington. Brian has a degree from Green River Community College and numerous professional certifications, as well as licenses in Washington and Alaska.

Steve Petefish
VP, Sales and Marketing
Steve Petefish is responsible for all aspects of sales, including retrofits, replacements, maintenance installation, upgrades, and ongoing service of building control and mechanical systems.
Prior to joining CCI, Steve was an Area Sales Manager at Johnson Controls. He’s also held roles in operations management, service management, and energy systems analysis. Among his achievements was facilitating the largest utility rebate ever awarded in Arizona for a healthcare project, and securing Arizona’s largest solar thermal project to date. In addition, he managed the installation of the largest building automation system west of the Mississippi at an AT&T facility in the Bay Area.
Steve has a bachelor of science in industrial technology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. In addition, he completed coursework at Sacramento State University’s MBA program and attended Lincoln Law School.

Rick Campfield
VP, General Manager
Rick Campfield is Vice President for the Oregon market, responsible for growing CCI’s sales in Oregon while managing both the revenue and cost elements of the business, overseeing the sales and marketing functions, and leading day-to-day operations. He also supports the strategic planning and development of the company.
Previous to joining CCI, Rick was VP Sales & Marketing at Evergreen International, Chief Operating Officer at US Digital and the founder of Cadence Development, a consulting firm focused on helping businesses achieve higher performance. Rick is very familiar with the building technology construction and service industry, having served as a director and general manager for two multinational companies within the industry. He serves on two company boards and is actively engaged in the Portland metropolitan market.
Rick received his bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington.

Hank Kiefert
General Manager
Hank Kiefert is an astute, transformative leader that brings to CCI over 30 years of mechanical and building automation industry experience. In addition, Mr. Kieferts sales and operations knowledge will enable him to lead the Alaska office effectively. Hank started his career in the field as a UA Trained HVAC Controls technician and finished as a Service technician. After 10 years in the field, he started his sales career that lead to his management positions. Prior to joining CCI, Hank was a Branch Manager and Sales Manager for Johnson Controls. His responsibilities included the growth and development of the Mechanical and Controls Service business.

Steve Stumpf
Vice President of Security
With over 20 years of experience in security, Steve Stumpf manages CCI’s delivery of access control and video services. He works directly with sales, project management, and engineering teams at each branch to ensure that we represent our security offerings most effectively.
Prior to joining CCI, he was Vice President/Principal of Argens, where he managed operations, the company’s security and locksmith divisions, sales, product training, and HR. During this time he assembled an outstanding portfolio of clients throughout Washington, Oregon, and Alaska.
Steve has an AA degree and numerous security course certifications.

Ben Shamsian
Engineering Manager
Ben Shamsian manages the engineering of complex projects while ensuring that CCI maintains the highest engineering standards. He approves all control drawings, schedules projects, and manages the engineers’ workload. Prior to joining CCI, Ben was an engineering manager at Isystems, where he managed HVAC and security projects. He has both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering. |
