Employee Spotlight - July 2006
ANGELA SCOTT - FAIRBANKS, ALASKA

ANGELA or as she prefers to be called “ANGIE”, is the FAIRBANKS Office Manager and key to a smooth running office. One of ANGIE’S most demanding tasks is working with the FAIRBANKS Service Dept. to help log calls, process service tickets, and invoice customers. When service tickets aren’t done correctly the service tech has to face the wrath of ANGIE. Other duties that keep her busy involve dealing with payables, receivables, Construction Department billings and Branch reports to Seattle, just to name a few. She is all so often the first one that customers talk to concerning issues regarding service tickets and/or billings. During all of it, she handles them smoothly and never seems to let it get to her.

ANGIE is instrumental in the day to day operations of the FAIRBANKS Branch and without her help, professional manner and efficiency we would all suffer.

ANGIE owns a home in Salcha, AK where she grew up, which is about 40 miles south of FAIRBANKS on the banks of the Tanana River. ANGIE, along with Jason her significant other, spends her free time with outdoor activities that involve hunting, fishing, snow machining, etc. Recently ANGIE and her father went on a fly-in fishing trip to the Yukon, where they were quite successful catching lake trout as well as just seeing some spectacular country.

ANGIE’S dedication and customer friendly attitude makes her a real asset to CCI and the FAIRBANKS Team! Thank you ANGIE for your 200% effort and congratulations on being CCI’s July EMPLOYEE-OF-THE-MONTH.
