RODGER MORROW is the FAIRBANKS Office Construction Field Supervisor, and as such directs the efforts of electricians in the installation of our systems and supports our Service group when electrical issues arise. RODGER has been with the Company for five (5) years and has been instrumental in the successful completion of many projects. As a front-line company representative on our projects RODGER deals with the many General Contractors and Mechanical Contractors on a daily basis, while coordinating our efforts on-site. His friendly and personal ways have helped in developing a smooth-running operation and friendly relations between the Construction and Service groups.

Once the installation of the project is completed RODGER is often out performing the initial commissioning with the electrician. RODGER recently has been helping our Service group with the start-up of Square D VFDs and Smart Breaker Panels.

RODGER and his wife (Lisa) have two sons (Dalton and Cole); they, and the newest member of the family, a daughter (Hali), live just outside of Fairbanks on the banks of the Chena River. All are very active with outdoor activities and most importantly Hockey. Lisa and the two boys are avid hockey participants and are often traveling to the many tournaments around the area and State.

RODGER’s 110% effort, dedication and customer friendly attitude makes him a real asset to CONTROL CONTRACTORS and the FAIRBANKS Construction team! Congratulations RODGER on being elected as our DECEMBER EMPLOYEE-OF-THE-MONTH.
