TOM HENNESSY…..PORTLAND started his employment with CCI as an apprentice in June 1998, working in the Construction Department. In October 1998 TOM transferred into the Service Department and has been making CCI customers happy since that time. TOM’s philosophy on approaching his job is that he wants to have a customer be pleased to see him, each and every time he appears on the site—and they are. LAWRENCE BECKER, CCI PORTLAND Sales, recently visited with one of TOM’s long-time customers, Educational Service District in Vancouver, WA. To quote LAWRENCE, “After asking them a few questions as to how CCI is treating them, I received a flood of accolades about TOM. They commented on his thoroughness, technical expertise, and dedication to his work. Their comments were that when he found a problem he would not leave them without making sure they were up and running.”

TOM’s interests outside the work realm include fitness training (he runs or lifts weights every day!), gardening and home improvement projects. TOM’s daughter is turning 21 in February and she has decided to celebrate this occasion in Las Vegas! TOM chose to let the ladies go and party while he holds down the fort at home and takes care of the animals. Yet another example of TOM’s excellent judgment shining through!!
