BRAD MORRIS- SEATTLE
BRAD MORRIS
started with CONTROL CONTRACTORS, INC. SEATTLE in January 2000 as an HVAC
apprentice. Over the last six (6) years we have seen BRAD expand his knowledge
in HVAC. In June of 2005, BRAD turned out as a Journeyman HVAC mechanic,
first in his class. Since then, BRAD has been assigned to some of our
more important accounts including Valley General Hospital, Bay Vista Office
Building and King Extrusions. Recently we performed a job at King Extrusions
to install six (6) new VFDs. This facility runs 24/7 and cannot afford
any down time. BRAD ran this job to minimize the downtime for this customer.
The job also required extended hours and much involvement by BRAD. He
stayed in communication with the customer to inform them of every step
and what could impact their facility. At the end of the project, the customer
was very pleased with both BRAD MORRIS and CONTROL CONTRACTORS, INC. for
a quality installation.
BRAD has also managed several retrofit projects and a maintenance contract
at Valley General Hospital. This facility is a critical facility due to
the nature of the work needed. This customer needs immediate results when
something goes wrong. BRAD has built a strong relationship with this customer.
We are now systematically replacing the existing control system with I/A,
much of this due to BRAD’s hard work.
BRAD and his family have recently moved into their newly completed house
in Monroe. BRAD and wife Glynis also had a recent addition to their family;
on August 9th Malia was born, giving BRAD’s son, Ty, a baby sister
to play with.
BRAD is now one of our “Key” employees with assignments on
some of our most important customers. BRAD’s conduct, professionalism
and communication skills are why he deserves this recognition, so congratulations,
BRAD, on being CONTROL CONTRACTORS’ May Employee-of-the-Month!
