Employee Spotlight - November 2005
GAIL SKINNER

GAIL SKINNER is CONTROL CONTRACTORS, INC.’s November EMPLOYEE-OF-THE-MONTH. She has been with CCI SAN DIEGO since January 2004 as the Contracts Administrator. GAIL had previously worked in administration for a local Electrical Contracting firm in San Diego. GAIL has a positive attitude and smile that keeps the SAN DIEGO Team in good spirits. GAIL is the only administrative staff in SAN DIEGO at this time and she keeps very busy.

Since GAIL’s arrival at the SAN DIEGO office, she has made great strides to learn the CCI administration procedures, organize files, organize employee procedures and manage the office environment.
GAIL has recently become a Grandmother and enjoys spending time with her Granddaughter, Bailey. When GAIL is not enjoying time spent with Bailey, she may be seen fishing in San Diego Bay. “Fishing is an enjoyable and relaxing way to spend time,” according to GAIL.

At GAIL’s house, parking spaces have become valuable, as her husband David is building a 20’ wooden boat from the ground up, in the garage. The project has been moving along at a good pace and GAIL and David are excited about finishing the boat so they can take it out and go fishing.
