The Washington State Legislative Building
Control Contractors, Incorporated (CCI) CCI is providing and
installing an interoperable building management and direct digital control system utilizing the LonWorks interoperable protocol for the Washington State Legislative Building. The system controls all major mechanical and HVAC systems in the facility including a sophisticated power monitoring and demand limiting strategy.
CCI worked hard to secure this contract, as there was an exhaustive and thorough prequalification process for this project. CCI's experience, capabilities, project team, and products made us one of only two qualified bidders. Our ability to provide a state of the art product that exceeded the customers requirements at a competitive price was what made the difference.
