Control Contractors is proud to have been selected to provide controls for the Morongo Casino Resort Hotel and Casino. This design-build, 19 story, unique building design has been installed with the Invensys I/A Niagara Control system. The project was completed in the fall of 2004. This project includes 400+ VAV boxes, 55,000 cfm VAV AHU and numerous fan coils.
The Morongo Casino & Resort is easily identified as the tallest and most interesting building protruding from the Palm Springs desert along I-10. The Morongo Casino is a destination for locals as well as travelers
