Control Contractors, Incorporated (CCI) has been selected to provide the building management and direct digital control system for the historic Stadium High School in Tacoma. This building was original constructed in the late 1890’s as a resort hotel. In the early 1900’s the property was purchased by the Tacoma School District and eventually became Stadium High School.

CCI leveraged an excellent working relationship with the School District and provided competitive, low bid pricing to the contracting team. Aided by creative use of legacy control system products and a unique perspective on working in a historical structure, Control Contractors, Inc. was selected to do this project. CCI's experience, capabilities, project team, and products made us an easy choice to provide this system. Thankfully we will not be providing any controls on the abandoned steam driven fan motors.
