Control Contractors, Incorporated (CCI) has been chosen to provide the building management and direct digital control system for the Seattle Art Museum Expansion. This project will expand the museum’s gallery space by 70% in phase one and create one of the finest art museums in the world. The ten year expansion plan will allow SAM to continue to grow and exhibit art collections from around the globe.
